  I've been to this cemetery to visit my great grandparents several times and I must say that it is NOT a place I would want to be buried. The grounds are poorly maintained and when I went into the office to complain the Groundskeeper argued with me about the quality of his work! Now I just come with tools and do my own maintenance every year or two. (I live out of state.)

  Great staff went above and beyond caring about me during my mother-in-law's funeral due to a previous leg injury offered help immediately!!

  My families experience with Roselawn has been horrible. My mother passed away almost a year ago. We ordered the headstone directly form Roselawn, with the promise it would be easier through them then someone else to get a headstone, shortly after she passed away. We ordered the headstone in August of 2016 and we still do not have a headstone. It was going to be there on April 5th, it never came and I called to follow up to see if it was there, they didn't call me to let me know it didn't make it. It was going to then be there on May 5th, at which time my dad visited the cemetery and asked about the headstone. WE did not receive a call it didn't make it in, WE had to stop by and find out. He was told June 5th, then June 18th, etc. Still, no headstone and still NO CALL from them. At one point, they actually had a rusty spike in the ground to mark her grave since the wreath I made for her was "stolen".
  
  The customer service level has been below average from the sales manager. He has not apologized 1 time for the problems we have had. This is an EXTREMELY hard time in people's lives and an "I'm sorry and I am going to do everything I can to make this right" has NEVER been said to my family or I.
  
  It is unfortunate that we have had this happen to us. I would suggest if you would like to get a headstone for your loved one, DO NOT use their services. If I had known I could have gone through someone else, like the funeral home, I would have made arrangements through them for the headstone, NOT Roselawn.
